Rachel

Xurong (Rachel) Zhao

Rachel is licensed to represent immigrants as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). She is a licensee (ID:R710920) of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) ( Click to verify status) , and a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CIPAC). Rachel obtained her Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures (CILPP) from the University of British Columbia.

She has a master's degree from the University of Alberta, Canada, and a bachelor's degree from Northeastern University, China.

She has been living in Alberta since 2004.

Zaiming (Mark) Jiang

Mark is a Canada consultant for the international education industry. He has a certificate of Canada Course Graduate (CCG), which is jointly qualified by International Consultants for Education and Fairs (ICEF), Languages Canada, and the Canadian Association of Public Schools - International (CAPS-I).

He has a PhD's degree from the University of Calgary, Canada, as well as a master's and a bachelor's degree from Northeastern Unversity, China.

He is in Alberta.
